on saturday evening, we went out to the Lake Meadows Farm and had a delciously slow-food experience. we were greeted with wine and zucchini fritters with duck egg salad and caviar. delish!
this is where i would like to frolic and collect wildflowers with jackson. just saying.
in the henhouse (where we were pecked almost to death) they sold a collection of local cheeses and bacon and butter!
Lake Meadows Farm fresh raw honey. after we ate almost a whole honeycomb, we decided to purchase a pint. of heaven.
on saturdays, you can go to the farm and collect your own eggs! fresh and delicious eggs!
